As you may have already noticed, we post all the data required for downloading and registering the product on the orders history of  your account page.

How do I log into my account?

1. Click  on the "My Account" link in the navigation bar at the top (or even at the bottom) of all pages to log in using your username and password to access your account.
2. Click on the "Orders History" link in the navigation bar at the top of the "My Account" page.
3. Under the 'Orders History' select the order number you wish to obtain the information for.
4. After selecting an order number, scroll down and you should see a list of all the products that were ordered, Click on the product you would like to get the download links and license key for.
5. You should now be able to view the download links and license key. Please note that the license key is only sent to you after  that your order has been successfully processed and has passed the fraud screning procedures (usually within 12 to 24 business  hours). Please be patient during that period of time. In the meantime, you can start to download and use the software for up to 30 days in trial mode and once you receive your key you can remove the trial limitation and register the software as normal.

I can't login, I think I have forgot my username and password? Help!

If you lose your username, then you will have to contact our support team by clicking on the Contact Us page. Remember to give them as much information as possible, so they will be able to give you a prompt response.

Note If you are unable to login, DO NOT create a new account, that will only create confusion, the license key is not linked to your name, but it's linked to your unique User ID, therefore registering a new account in order to get the license key would not work
